Within the warranty period, the COMPANY will repair or replace the parts that are damaged only under normal use (by the judgement of its service center) at no additional charges. The responsibility of the COMPANY's service center is limited to restoring the defective units to its working condition. There will be no refund or rebate on any items check-in for service.

The warranty on the computer items does not include software or virus problem, frequency interferences, telephone lines problem, third party services like internet service provider, cleaning of equipment, etc.

Warranty is valid only for the original buyer and 1 year from the date of this agreement.

There will be no on-site service and lending of backup units.

I. These items are sold without warranty

  1. Computer software and accessories
  2. Power Supply spare parts and any mechanical spare parts
  3. Consumables like printer heads, ribbon and inks
  4. Computer supplies, flash drives, CD, cables, etc.

II. Warranty shall be rendered null and void if:

  1. The warranty seal of the unit(s) purchased has been tampered, altered in any way.
  2. The product(s) is/are altered, modified or repaired by a party not authorized by the brand.
  3. The product(s) has/have incurred damages brought about by accident, misuse, misapplication of any abnormal causes e.g. animal/insect bites or wastes parts, use of wrong voltage or damages caused by fire, floods and other fortuitous events, mishandling or negligence after the purchase of the product.
  4. Printers that have been found using refillable inks, injectable inks will automatically void the warranty.
  5. The warranty period has expired.

III. When claiming warranty, the following guidelines should be strictly followed:

  1. Present the warranty slip/ sales invoice of the item concerned with the corresponding Job Order Form (J.O.). In the case of lost warranty slip/ sales invoice, the following must be submitted:
    • Affidavit of loss.
    • Any two (2) valid IDs.
  2. A fee of Php 150.00 will be charged for the certified true copy.
  3. Inter-branch claiming of warranty without the warranty slip and the corresponding Job Order form will not be allowed.
  4. Present the defective item with the corresponding serial number and warranty sticker.Note: Failure in following the guidelines will void the eligibility for any warranty claims. NO WARRANTY SLIP AND SALES INVOICE – NO WARRANTY.


  1. Before an in-store product replacement is provided, a technician must test and confirm the validity of the claim. At this time the technician will determine whether the product can be repaired within an allotted period of time.
  2. On some occasions, the repair of custom built computer systems may take a longer time. This is due to the difficulty in diagnosing some software / hardware problems with uniquely configured systems.
